Edible Image Cake

This was for CML's studio anniversary. It was a moist chocolate cake with a creamy vanilla butter cream filling drizzled with chocolate fudge. It was then covered in vanilla butter cream and I then airbrushed it with a gray pearl color. The image is an edible image with the studios logo. Lastly it was pipped with black butter cream.

Cupcake Sugar

These were for a Studios anniversary. They are yellow cupcakes with a vanilla frosting and sprinkled with grey sugar crystals.

Cupcake MANIA

These cupcakes were made for a scrap booking event. On the left side there are mini caramel cupcakes. It was a moist yellow cupcake with butter cream frosting and caramel drizzle on top. On the right side there are chocolate cupcakes. They are mini chocolate cupcakes with cookies and cream frosting topped with a mini oreo cookie. The cupcake in the front is a regular sized cupcake. It is a white cupcake baked with fresh strawberries inside topped with strawberry frosting and a half chocolate covered strawberry.

Pokemon Birthday Cake

This was a marble cake with vanilla filling. It was frosted in vanilla frosting and topped with marshmallow fondant. The characters and name are also made of colored fondant. The ball is also marble  cake with vanilla filling covered in marshmallow fondant. It was a hit!

Cuban Bongo Centerpiece Cake

I made 4 of these bongo cakes as centerpieces for the surprise party. There are three different size yellow cakes with vanilla filling in between covered in butter cream fondant. The strips, flag, and star were also made out of fondant.

Giant Domino Cake

Giant Domino Cake for my grandpa's surprise party the cake was a white cake and the filling was half dulce de leche and half guayaba cream cheese. I frosted the cake with a thin layer of creamy vanilla butter cream. Then I covered the cake in vanilla butter cream fondant. The black dots and Cuban flag are also made out of the same fondant with different colors mixed in. The red piping was done with the butter cream frosting mixed with red coloring. The two Cohiba cigars are chocolate covered pretzels.

Tropical Wedding Cake

The bottom layer is a moist french vanilla cake with pineapple custard with fresh thinly cut strawberry frosted in a butter cream with a fondant butter cream over it. The top layer is also french vanilla with pineapple filling and shredded coconut on top also frosted in butter cream with a fondant butter cream on top. The flowers are real Hawaiian flowers. I then put blue lace as an accent. The sea shells are edible white chocolate and the sand is made of graham crackers with a heart, the bride and grooms initial, and the date they got married.

Wedding Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made for a tropical themed wedding. There are 3 flavors one is chocolate coconut rum with a vanilla butter cream frosting topped with a white chocolate edible sea shell the second cupcake is a pineapple cupcake with pineapple cream cheese frosting also topped with a white chocolate sea shell and lastly is a vanilla cupcake baked with fresh thinly cut strawberries topped with a vanilla butter cream frosting and a white chocolate shell. The crumbs were graham crackers spread out to imitate sand.

Princess Birthday Cake

Princess Pillow cake for a little girl who turned 2! It is red velvet with cream cheese filling frosted with vanilla butter cream covered in butter cream fondant with pink food coloring. I imprinted triangles and in the center of each triangle there are edible pearls. The draping is vanilla butter cream.

This is the back of the baby shower cake. The blanket is made out of vanilla butter cream fondant and has an edible image on top. USC!

Baby Shower Cake

This cake was for a baby shower. The cake is  devils chocolate with cookies and cream filling frosted with vanilla butter cream all covered in a butter cream fondant. The babies butt is vanilla cake also frosted with vanilla butter cream and covered in a butter cream fondant. The legs and feet are made out of rice crispy treats covered in fondant.
